Because they are used mostly for indoor purposes, these vehicles are not exposed to the elements. This ultimately leads to fewer maintenance issues and a longer lifespan. An added bonus is that their maintenance costs are also significantly less that those of petrol or diesel powered forklifts, lowering your expenses substantially.

There is also the obvious benefit that you don’t need to buy fuel. All you need is to install a battery station and schedule recharges. You can purchase extra batteries, which means you don’t necessarily have to remove your forklift from the work floor.
